Virtual Assistant for a Digital Experience

On 01 Mar 2019, the Yunica Retail started voice-enabled technology platform trials for implementing in-store Digital or Virtual Assistant services that would support self-service model for our customers, suppliers, and employees. It is fully aligned with our efforts to offer Digital Experience to users in the retail industry.
Based on the Amazon Echo smart speakers and Cloud-hosted Amazon Alexa virtual assistant platform services, the Bhojpur Consulting, was commissioned to conceptualise, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy hardware and/or software technology components with our Enterprise Resource Planning system and other applications based on the Zoho software-as-a-service.

Currently, the in-store virtual assistant is integrated with our Unified Communication & Collaboration platform, Financial Accounting, and Inventory Management systems.
