Product & Service Catalog

The Yunica Retail is required to integrate data with regard to various products or services offered by our B2B clients in the Product or Service Catalog prior to commencing business with them. The pricing information must be updated and fulfillment or reverse logistics procedure or guidelines need to be implemented.

PRODUCT CATALOG

Before the vendor starts selling specific products in the market either directly or through their online platform, its data must exist in our Product Catalog too. Therefore, the following information must be updated:
  • Product's Identification Number (e.g. Bar Code)
  • Product's Name & Description
  • Product's Unit of Measure
  • Product's HSN code for identification & tax
  • Product's GST rate for taxation purpose
  • Product's Physical Dimensions, Weights, etc.
  • Product's Cost & Selling Price per unit
SERVICE CATALOG

Before the vendor outsources some of its service offerings to be fulfilled by us locally, its data must be available fully in our Service Catalog too. Therefore, the following information must be updated:
  • Service's Identification Number
  • Service's Name & Description
  • Service's Unit of Measure
  • Service's SAC code for identification & tax
  • Service's GST rate for taxation purpose
  • Service's Cost & Selling Price per unit
In some cases, a combination of products and/or services could be bundled by vendors under certain offers therefore such schemes must be updated in our billing systems prior to commencing business.
