B2C & B2B shopping - eCommerce Portal

On 01 May 2019, the Yunica Retail launched an integrated Point-of-Sale system for offline in-store transactions and eCommerce portal (e.g. India, Japan, UK markets) to enable online shopping, based on an industry standard software-as-a-service technology platform, for B2B and B2C users.

Our portal is fully integrated with industry's best-of-the-breed Cloud-hosted Inventory Management System, Warehouse Management System, Order Management System, Fulfilment Management System, Financial Accounting System, Payment Gateway, etc. solutions to provide a seamless omni-channel experience to the consumers by keeping realtime stock updates and maintain latest information about all offered products across multiple sales channels (e.g. point-of-sale, web-based, mobile, social).

Virtual Assistant for a Digital Experience

On 01 Mar 2019, the Yunica Retail started voice-enabled technology platform trials for implementing in-store Digital or Virtual Assistant services that would support self-service model for our customers, suppliers, and employees. It is fully aligned with our efforts to offer Digital Experience to users in the retail industry.
Based on the Amazon Echo smart speakers and Cloud-hosted Amazon Alexa virtual assistant platform services, the Bhojpur Consulting, was commissioned to conceptualise, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy hardware and/or software technology components with our Enterprise Resource Planning system and other applications based on the Zoho software-as-a-service.

Currently, the in-store virtual assistant is integrated with our Unified Communication & Collaboration platform, Financial Accounting, and Inventory Management systems.

Your new Grocery store in Dhanori, Pune

On 01 Jan 2019, the Yunica Retail launched its first offline grocery store in Dhanori area in the city of Pune (Maharashtra, India) offering cereals, lentils, oils, snacksbakery, breads, sausages, dressings, dairy, soups, drinks, etc. products to the local market.

An exterior view of the Yunica Retail's offline store during night and day time is shown below. Typically, our offline retail store opens at 7:00am IST and closes at 10:00pm IST daily. However, we take a short break during afternoon between 2:00pm IST and 5:00pm IST. Currently, we are in the process of increasing our product range by introducing more brands and categories.

Along with a long-range photograph of the Yunica Retail, different interior views of the grocery, cosmetics & hygiene products, and snacks sections are displayed below. Also, there is a dedicated section for soft drinks, juices, mineral water, dairy products, frozen fruits & vegetables, etc. It offers completely self-service retail store experience to end-users.

Fresh fruits & vegetables store in Dhanori

On 01 Nov 2018, the Yunica Retail launched its first offline retail store in Dhanori area in the city of Pune (Maharashtra, India) offering fresh fruits (e.g. apple, orange, sweet lime, pomegranate, pineapple, strawberry, grapes, kiwi, dragon fruit, coconut, etc), vegetables (e.g. potato, onion, tomato, carrot, lemon, cabbage, cauliflower, etc), spices (e.g. chillies, garlic, ginger, etc), juices (e.g. apple, mango, coconut, etc), soft drinks (e.g. coke, pepsi, etc), beverages (e.g. tea, coffee), cereals (e.g. rice, wheat, etc), pulses, oils, and so on for the local market.
