The Yunica Retail has the following vacancies or job openings in Pune based offline retail store. Our associate's work status with the company is governed according to the applicable local labour laws in Maharashtra, India. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Currently, we are looking for honestpunctualhard-working, and energetic young individuals (i.e. both male or female) ready to work in a very challenging, dynamically changing, and innovative technology enabled Digital Retail environment. We offer conducive workplace for people. Any prior work-experience is valuable to us. There is no bar due to individual's age for the deserving candidates.

Sales Executive - 3 positions, temporary
  • Min. educational qualification required is Matriculation or more
  • Computer skills - basic user, ability to use Internet, MS-Office, etc.
  • Multi-lingual - able to speak fluently in English, Hindi, Marathi
  • Familiar with retail store's day-to-day operational tasks or activities
  • Required on-the-job training would be provided by the company
  • Negotiable wages: Rs. 4000 ~ Rs. 10,000 per month based on experience
  • Flexible shifts: work hours between 7:00am IST and 10:00pm IST
Delivery Boys/Girls - 5 positions, intern
  • Min. educational qualification required is Matriculation or more
  • Multi-lingual - able to speak fluently in English, Hindi, Marathi
  • Familiar with product delivery and payment collection tasks
  • Negotiable wages: Rs. 50 per hour based on prior experience
  • Flexible shifts: work hours between 7:00am IST and 10:00pm IST
After conducting a thorough round of interviews, language communication skills test, professional or technical skills test, and individual or group behavioral tests, etc. we could notify you in advance through an Email or a Letter sent by post to your communication address registered with us, with an offer to work with us either on a short-term or long-term basis, as mentioned in your appointment letter, in an assignment depending on a specific role chosen by you. Initially, you would be on a probation period of 3 months ~ 6 months depending on the role and prior work experience. After evaluating your performance and conducting an appraisal by a professional team, we would notify you in writing about status of your temporary or permanent employment with us in near future. Based on the company's policy, such a decision is objective without prejudice, therefore company's decision would be considered final and you would have no rights to challenge it in either case.
