The Yunica Retail has defined a set of business rules, norms, standards, and guidelines for black-listing of either non-compliant goods or services, vendors or suppliers, customers, etc. while engaging with third-parties.

FOR CUSTOMERS

The following are key factors that could result into black-listing of individuals or firms permanently.
  • Incorrect information provided to us during sales or service delivery
  • Higher percentile of order cancellations during a given period
  • Frequent delays or irregularities in payment
  • Misbehaviour with our key personnel
VENDORS / SUPPLIERS

The following are key factors that could result into black-listing of your firm for 99 years.
  • Wrong ordering or invoicing by your sales & distribution team
  • Regularly failing to file GST properly that impacts our ITC claims
  • Poor quality reported by customers with regard to manufacturer's product
  • Low stability of product's price (i.e. frequent change) during past few quarters
  • Infrequent visit by your local Salesman to our sites or facilities
  • Poor quality of local distributor's service
  • Non-compliant behaviour during goods return
  • Unavailability of timely Customer Support services frequently
  • Misbehaviour with our key personnel
