Product Recall Policy

The Yunica Retail procures a wide range of authentic products from different sources either directly from the product manufacturers or through local distributors. However, it is very difficult to avoid defects 100% in specific products even after implementing highest quality control procedures. Therefore, to ease the situation for our end-users, we have established back-to-back contractual agreements with such suppliers to ensure that products could be returned, if recalled.

Typically, all the manufacturers are obliged to inform the local distributors for recalled products. However, we do keep track of such announcements and contact the manufacturers proactively on behalf of our customers to get further guidance on the procedure to be followed for their products. We apply the following product Recall policies and procedures across the globe.

DOMESTIC PRODUCTS
